Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How much does therapy cost?
We charge £70 for each 50-minute session, both online and in-person. There are a few reduced rate slots available. The first meeting (20 minutes, online) will be free and then there will be a longer session (around 1.5 hours) which costs £100. After that, we'll meet once a week.

How long will I be in therapy for?
The length of therapy can vary from a few sessions to many years, depending on what you need. It's best to start with six sessions to make the best of the therapeutic process and take it from there.

What happens in therapy?
Together, we'll think about what happens between us, the other relationships in your life and your formative relationships. In a confidential, non-judgemental space, we’ll have a look at any challenges you’re facing or any reasons you feel ‘stuck’. By talking together, we’ll aim to uncover some insights into how and why you’re thinking and feeling a certain way and how things can be different.

What can I expect when starting therapy?
What happens in therapy varies hugely between individuals. There's no 'right' or 'wrong' way to do it and the most effective treatment occurs when the relationship works between two people. Finding someone who can understand you and relate to your individual challenges in the most important thing when seeking a therapist.
